Yep, that house is right downtown in Shockoe Bottom...oldest standing residence in Richmond. Of course, 2/3rds of the city was built after 1865.
You know, Poe really did get around, didn't he?He spent some time on Sullivan's Island... a nice little off the beaten path kind of beach just up the road from Charleston.Poe's my kind of guy.
